You will lead small, client-facing teams to solution, design and deliver leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate transformational journeys that enable top teams and leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and lead with both humanity and performance.
You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in US or European time zones. A dedicated contemplative practice is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.
